wondered why it seems only available to celebrities and executives and in the main to adults?
Fact there are tens of thousands of
trained coaches in the UK now and the research and evidence of its effectiveness is mounting. The DFES and the National College for School
Leadership are all acknowledging and promoting the use of coaching within education establishments
Simply put coaching is a powerful
medium for supporting an individual/group to bring out the best in themselves.

In our commitment to the above we
are delighted to announce the realisation of one of our objectives to work with Harry Singha,
Chairman and Co founder of the UK’s Youth Coaching Academy, the pioneers of Youth Coaching. The Academy has the only externally accredited
Youth Coaching and Youth Peer Coaching Courses and an Advisory Board headed by their Patron, Jamie Oliver.
The Youth Coaching Academy delivers a one day Essential Youth
Coaching Skills course which covers the following:
- How we really
learn
- State management using their
own BWF
Ó model
- What coaching is and the
different types
- Listening
- Questioning
- Rapport
{communication}
- Coaching Models
The course offers all participants
practical skills to be able to use immediately and confidently and all delivered by the leaders in
the field.
The course retails at £150 per
person and we are delighted to announce that Dreamcatchers are sponsoring this event. So you get
the training for FREE and all we ask is you pay is
£30 to cover the cost of the venue, lunch and workbooks.

We are capping the event due to
capacity at the venue and will be giving priority to those already working with young people such as teachers, Connexions’, Community Workers
and youth workers in Manchester.
Parents are most welcome as this
fits within our commitment to support young people by working with those who work with and or care for them.
Young people who wish to attend are
also welcome and for every two young people there must be one adult attending. (The fee of £30 is waived for all young people (under the age
of 18)
