 I strongly recommend you go through each one in order and leave at least a week in between each module to immerse your self in the learning. In fact do listen to the audio again in the week!

 When you have fully immersed yourself in all ten modules you will have the confidence, competence and tools to coach adults and young people.

 Accreditation

 On the original courses I ran, accreditation was always included whether you wanted it or not!
