What is Youth Coaching?

Simply put it is supporting a young person to

• Clarify what it is they want in life
• Agree where they are now in relation to it
• Develop a workable plan to achieve the results
• Schedule and celebrate the journey

What’s the process?

• Simply fill in a Youth Coaching Request sheet {click Here}
• A member of the Academy’s central team will allocate an appropriate coach. Who has completed our accredited course and has the appropriate Criminal Records Bureau (CRB) checks.
• The coach will contact you and ensure all appropriate forms are completed and agreed.
• The coaching sessions will last between 30-45mins unless otherwise agreed.
• The sessions can be face to face or over the phone, at times to suit you.
• The Academy offers the option to have your coaching calls recorded and sent to you as an mp3 for you to review and keep as a record. As well as providing an extra measure for protection.

What does it cost?

• £50 per session or
• £250 for a block of six sessions

{For face to face sessions there may be an additional charge to cover travel expenses}

Confidentiality

The Academy Coaches operate under our Code of Ethics and Practice ensuring the highest level of performance and protection standards.

Before any coaching takes place all boundaries of confidentiality and consent will be agreed.
